Ive suffered from bad skin and breakouts pretty much my whole life. I was a little nervous about getting a facial but Carolina was so terrific and put me at ease straight away. She really took the time and explained what I could do immediately to help calm and treat my acne. She's AMAZING!

Carolina came to my house, as myself and 2 friends decided to have a staycation and treatments at home. She was the ultimate professional, compliant with all the COVID guidelines, used the most beautiful products during my facial and the massage was so relaxing but effective. I am from India, i was really worried about my face , because i have been suffering from acne problems for the past 4 years, and my skin type is oily and have dark complexion. Eyebrow tint, shape and wax with Carolina was a very worthwhile experience this afternoon. Carolina explained in detail what she was going to do with my eyebrows, and why. She took before and after photos. She spent at least 50mins with me. She had lots to do as my eyebrows were in poor shape. She was gentle and thorough. She did an excellent job. I was absolutely delighted with the results. No redness or discomfort. A very nice finish. She gave me tips on maintenance over next few weeks. When my daughter saw them, she made an appointment for tomorrow Sunday! Thats praise talking. Great result. I will be going back and many thanks to Carolina and her prices are very reasonable too.

I have been to Palm Skin Beauty twice in the last month - once for a shellac manicure and then for an eye lash tint. Both times Carolina was wonderfully welcoming, friendly and accommodating - she creates a lovely relaxing space there upstairs from New Image Hair. The job she did on my nails was superb - absolutely faultless. She took such great care on each individual nail and was so gentle with cuticles! My eye lash tint was also excellent - she took her time and did a thorough and pain-free job on my lashes! I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending Carolina!

Carolina was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went for a consultation for powder brows and she explained everything to me in detail. She answered all the questions I had and did a patch test. I went in today to get my brows done and I absolutely love them. She is so so nice and makes you feel at ease & so relaxed in her presence. She always made sure I was comfortable and checked in to see if there was pain, which I can confirm there wasn’t at all. I fell asleep a few times as I was just so relaxed. I’m so glad I got them done and I’m so glad it was Carolina that did them for me. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she will look after you. I had my permanent eye brow 'tattoo' today ... I was kind of surprised with myself as I didn't really give it much thought but Carolina was so professional, reassuring and patient that within a couple of weeks of reaching out to her, I now have amazing natural and gorgeously defined brows ....who knew! I had lost my brows from chemo and they grew back a little less full. Now they look full, have a lovely shape and even my teen daughter was complimentary! Thank you so much Carolina. ♥️♥️
